Refund policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All original artworks are made by hand and as such may have minor imperfections, which is part of what makes each artwork unique. Please take the time to read the descriptions carefully and check the colours on multiple screens if you are concerned about colour variations.
We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item/s and Certificate of Authenticity must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. The item/s must also be in the original packaging.

Any materials you supply to Precious Again Pty Ltd, whether it be for a commissioned artwork or otherwise
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Partially completed commissions
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
If your item/s are deemed to be defective or damaged upon arrival it/they may qualify for an exchange. Please email admin@preciousagain.com
Please select your artwork carefully as we do not offer exchanges for change of mind.

Gifts
If the item/s were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item/s is received by Precious Again Pty Ltd in its original condition, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the purchaser had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the gift certificate to the purchaser once the item/s are returned to Precious Again Pty Ltd in the original condition.
Taxes
Customers are responsible for all taxes and customs duties.
Commissions
The 50% deposit paid to commence the commission is non-refundable.
Any materials left over from a commissioned work sent to Precious Again Pty Ltd for a commissioned work will not be returned and may be used in future artworks. The original sender of the fabric scraps will not be reimbursed for any sales made of artworks using these fabric scraps.
